Available Positions
Direct Support Professional
Now is the time to help other people live the best life they can! Working with people who have disabilities in their own home or in the community, Direct Support Professionals become family.
All shifts are available for direct care positions, full time and part time. All training is provided. Duties could include bathing, toileting, community interaction, working with challenging behaviors, assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL). We strive to support the people we serve to live as independently as possible.
Full-Time positions: $10/hr with benefits – Part-Time positions: $11/hr.
$500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment.
Job Coach
This position will work Part-Time job coaching persons with disabilities at various employers in the community through the Supported Employment program. Other programmatic work will be available to achieve full-time status if needed.
Candidates must be dependable, outgoing, flexible with schedule and work independently. The Job Coach will work hands on with employees performing tasks such as cooking, cleaning, production line work, housekeeping, stocking shelves, etc. Position requires frequent walking and heavy lifting. Prior experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
Full-Time positions: $10/hr with benefits – Part-Time positions: $11/hr.
